Breathing videos

This Video is a short Video about breathing into your belly, rip cage and upper chest and combining them eventually to the full yoga breath. As usual take it easy, don't do it, if it does not feel good, especially if you have asthma or other respiratory issues. If you have never done this before start with just trying to breath into your belly and work your way up.
